Directions:


Use the adhesive sheet to paste patch on the soles of your feet and/or belly button.

Take one adhesive sheet, and slowly peel off paper.(leave top portion for easy handling)

Take one Slimming Patch. Place patch onto thecentre of adhesive sheet; ensuring sachets writing is facing theadhesive surface. Remove the remaining paper backing.

Paste two patches with adhesive sheets onto the soles of your feet, and/or paste one patch onto the belly button.

To apply onto the feet: paste for 10-12 hours each night

To apply onto the belly button: starting in themorning, paste for 24-36 hours; do not paste any patch for the next12-24 hours. Continue to paste and non-paste.

The area where you apply the patch should be clean and dry.

Make sure the skin is free from lotion, creams or oils for better adhesion.
